It's been a month now since I first got shingles. Finally no need for any medication. I can wear regular clothes again without them causing pressure to the shingle site and no longer need to lay down and rest. I pray I never get them again and am thankful it past.
Hubby got the boat ready but it has yet to be towed to the lake we are mooring it at, but that's OK as it's been too cold and rainy for us to enjoy. Maybe this weekend. We live a half hour drive from our driveway to the lake. This is the first time gas will be a factor. Not that it will stop us from going we will just have to figure it in. If we didn't moor it, it would cost more for each trip and the conveniences of it being there just makes it easier to go. Soon we will go. We like going the most on hubby's days off as we can stay all day. On days he works we don't get out there until almost 7 pm and it starts getting dark around 9:30, but we do this also because 2 hrs can be good too.
My flowers and vegi's continue to thrive and that's good news. Our privacy trees we planted a couple of months ago, looks as if only 5 didn't survive and in some places in the yard they have grown and conceal, which pleases us as we glimps the future of total privacy.
Again I am fortunate.
