A bit of sadness

Last week we went out on the boat and froze. We wrapped ourselves in blankets we keep stored on the boat and chased the sun around the lake. Boating season is coming to an end much too soon. My hubby and I love our boat and fishing and just boating around the lake, but we loath being cold. This weeks days off forecast rain. Seems we are entering into some rain for a spell. It's getting to dark to go out after work and October is the last month of moorage and hunting season is soon to begin, so it is with a sadden heart I think boating is over for us this year. We had great times and will eagerly await the arrival of May when we will take the boat to the lake again. Joy on the horizon!
