I mention before how I cook/bake without using the stove . In an electric chair I can't get up close enough to use the burners. If I want to use the burners I have to do it side ways which doesn't work so well. The first picture is my 3 drawer shelf, complete with chopping board on top. This holds my spices and most things needed for cooking/baking. It fits under my long card table. The second picture is of my long card table and my tools. You can see my multi-plug in strip, my processor,my electric can opener and my potato peeler. It's actually called....rotato press.... I got mine off EBay. It works great at peeling potatos. My grand kids love the peelings deep fried. This is quite a handy tool if your fingers can't use a knife or peeler any more like mine.
