Cold

It's rainy and cold today. Yesterday was in the 60's, sunny and warm. My PN doesn't handle cold well. So on these type of days a hot shower and wearing socks and a sweater will make everything OK as long as my feet don't get cold before doing the above. If I procrastinate and my feet get cold,then back to bed under the electric blanket will fix this. Heating pads are great too. I can feel hot and cold with my type of PN where others are at risk. I'm glad I am not. Some people with PN can't wear socks or shoes. Again I am thankful I can.
